Designed for simultaneously testing two formulations with a single instrument, the SDT-L ensures 100% identical conditions at all times and simplifies comparative dissolution testing. The compact system is ideal for performing bioequivalence and biowaiver studies as it also reduces equipment needs, operational time, and overall costs in comparative testing.
Space-Saving Design.
The compact design of the SDT-L Offline System with integrated syringe pumps only requires minimum benchspace. At the same time, the unique oval bath layout offers superb visibility of all testing positions for the operator. Optionally, CenterView™ video monitoring records the dissolution process for each vessel individually for advanced visualization or documentation requirements.
Efficient Repeatability.
100% automated sampling ensures that samples are taken simultaneously at the right time and with the exact volumes. Variations caused by operators are completely eliminated, ensuring maximum repeatability and efficient lab operations. Removed volumes are automatically replaced and samples from up to 15 timepoints can be collected in glass tubes or capped LC vials for analysis.
Simply Userfriendly.
Intuitive EasyTouch™ operation eliminates long training times and allows operators to quickly start tests using pre-programmed methods. Fast and intuitive icon-based navigation guides the user through the setup process, while network printing or saving PDF reports to a file share that can be accessed from any computer in the company network provides for highly efficient reporting.
Automated Sampling.
The integrated syringe pumps with high-precision 5 mL syringes sample simultaneously from 12-14 vessels and ensure that samples are taken the same way every time. Sampling volumes ranging from 1 - 10 mL are automatically collected from up to 15 timepoints in either glass tubes or capped LC vials for analysis.
AutoCompliance™
Proven to have the lowest wobble rates in the industry, the SDT-L with built-in AutoCompliance™ ensures identical test conditions at all times. Self-centering vessels and fixed shaft height with quick-lock mechanism provide ease of regulatory compliance as laid down in USP<711>, USP<724>, Ph.Eur. 2.9.3, Ph.Eur. 2.9.4, BP, DAB, CP, JP<15> and other harmonized Pharmacopeia.
