A New Chapter Begins – Groundbreaking in Orléans, France

After celebrating 20 years of SOTAX Pharma Services, we’re proud to share our next big milestone: the groundbreaking of our new European laboratory in Orléans.

On 11 July 2025, we officially broke ground on our new European laboratory in Orléans. The 2,900 m² facility will include state-of-the-art labs, modern offices, and advanced climate chambers for stability testing. Designed in collaboration with IDEC Santé (experts in life sciences infrastructure) the new building is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2026. Our team in Orléans will grow from 30 to around 80 colleagues — a development made possible through close collaboration with local universities and technical institutes. 

Rooted locally and acting globally, we are especially grateful for the strong support from DEV’UP Centre-Val de Loire, including their guidance and assistance in securing public funding through France Relance.
