The following contract options are offered:

Single contracts:
Maintenance and repair work is recorded in writing and initialled. In the case of inspections, the laboratory consequently also has full documentation on regular maintenance work according to the regulations.

Validation contract for manual and automatic systems:
6-monthly OQ and PQ of the
instrument on site including
spare parts and travel expenses.
 
Maintenance contract:
One annual on-site overhaul of the unit, including spare parts and travel expenses.
 
Maintenance & repair contract:
One annual, on-site overhaul of the unit and guaranteed 48-hour reaction time with full service for restoring operational readiness in the event of any fault. The contract includes spare parts and travel expenses.
 

Full service contracts:
All maintenance, repair and validation activities can be covered by a comprehensive service contract to secure permanent operational readiness according to the official requirements:

Full service contract:
Guaranteed 48-hour reaction time with all services for restoring operational readiness in the event of a fault; yearly maintenance of the instrument on site and 6-monthly OQ and PQ, including spare parts and travel expenses.

When offering maintenance, repair or validation works for several instruments or systems a corresponding relative discount can be calculated and the travel expenses reduce accordingly.

Therefore we recommend that several laboratories within a company sign such contracts together with SOTAX Services. The invoice can then be divided for the different cost centres.
